Looking for change after a lengthy career in healthcare, I discovered I could channel my passion for helping others into advising them on how to invest their money, time, and emotion into real estate. Having been successful myself in previous real estate investments I knew I had something valuable to offer others.

Now over 20 years later I find that I do not just sell real estate; I am in the business of real estate and believe this is the best financial investments a person can make. Being a part of helping someone to achieve their financial goals is a tremendous reward and I work hard to make that happen for my clients.

My extensive experience in the real estate combined with the knowledge I’ve gained through managing other Sales Associates in the industry has given me additional insight and has allowed me to hone my negotiating skills which has become one of my most significant assets, allowing me to accomplish the most favorable terms for my clients.

There is much to know when buying and selling property. I enjoy sharing my knowledge of the current real estate market and I spend a lot of time keeping up with the market trends and activity in multiple areas. I want my clients to always have the most up to date information so they can make the best decision possible.

Customer service means a lot to me. I grew up at a time when customer service meant everything. I recall my father, who for a few years owned a small neighborhood grocery store “Johnny’s Bottle Shop”. When he bagged the groceries for his customers it was not uncommon to see him shine an apple before placing it into the bag, and he made an effort to know each of his customers by name. Seeing how his customers appreciated and respected his efforts made an impact on me. I want my clients to experience that same feeling when someone goes above and beyond to provide you with the best possible experience for them.

Helping make things happen for the client is part of that customer service passion. My team and I offer you our expertise, be it relocation, mortgage, and financial services. I work diligently with the escrow and title companies to ensure the successful and smooth closing on your property. I can refer you to a variety of needed trades people, inspectors, home warranty companies, and pest control services to assure all work is done properly to close the transaction successfully and on time.
